Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday via NZ Post and Aramex. All orders are registered and insured free of charge. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will do our very best to dispatch your order the same day your payment is received. Please ensure you have provided us with your correct postal address to avoid delays. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking email from our website with a link to the carriers tracking page. All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery a card will be left in your letterbox and you will be able to collect from your local pick up point.
RETURNS
We guarantee satisfaction, if you are unhappy for any reason you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs including the original postage charge even if your item was “Free Postage”.
